James Ogborne

An active member of the Judo community from a young age, competing on an international and national level.

After school I attended RAF Honnington and RAF Leuchars as a Regiment Gunner. Going through the rigorous basic training I went on to serve in Afghanistan, as well as other operations internationally and domestically. A career in the military has promoted an active lifestyle as well as encouraging me to compete at a high level in Judo. Competing at this level taught me the importance of long term pain management and how to cultivate the best results from my body.

After eight years in the armed forces, soft tissue therapy became the perfect companion for an active life as a civilian. Training with Mel Cash, one of the worlds leading soft tissue experts, I received my BTEC Level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy. I have gone forward to treat elite athletes within the military to tradesmen and active professionals alike.

In late 2020 I became qualified in Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation, earning a Certificate in OMT Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation™ from world recognised OMT Training in London.
